​Full Architectural Service would include an interactive briefing and sketch design process including design development, followed by a documentation process consisting of local authority drawings, tender drawings and construction drawings.  Once the tender process is complete and the contractor appointed by the Client,  the construction process would commence with the Architect's full contract and site administration.

Partial Service:  Should there be budget constraints on the project,  a partial service to add maximum value but reduce overall expenditure could be considered.  A plan to best suit your particular needs and budget would be put in place.

Consultancy:  We work collaboratively with other architecture firms as design consultants. By collaborating with partner firms we have access to a wider spectrum of projects in different locations as well as the opportunity to share expertise and experience.
